WHAT IS PRANIC HEALING?
Pranic Healing is a form of energy healing similar to Reiki, but is much more intense and focused. Think of it as a reset button on all of the energy in your body. Unhealthy energy is moved out using programmed crystals and certain projected colors, and then fresh energy is introduced to the body with a different programmed crystal. Pranic Healing is recommended for those with chronic pain/disease and other serious conditions. Most chronic issues can be cleared in as little as 1-2 sessions!

HOW DO TAROT READINGS WORK?
Tarot readings are another form of energy work. When I read for you, I am receiving messages from your guides and creating a narrative through the cards just for you. I do not use a particular set spread for the cards, but rather listen to the messages, ask questions, and work to find a solution for you. It is important for you to feel seen and heard when I am with you. No questions are off limits!

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SHAMAN SESSION
Before session, we will discuss your goals and what you want to receive from your time with me. Messages from guides and/or ancestors will come through. I may or may not see past lives, channel messages and have specific key words to deliver. The session can be emotional, but remember: you are always in control of how deep we go. If there is a need for some trauma release, it will be suggested but never done without consent. The session ends with a recap of what was seen/heard/felt and usually you will leave with a token and some homework. 1 follow up session is recommended.
