Cancellation Policy

I require a two day notice for all cancelations. No refunds are issued unless I receive notice in time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment and do not notify me of the delay, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE : texting me that you are running late does not mean your appointment length will adjust to your arrival time. (Ex: appointment is from 12-1, you arrive at 12:15-your appointment will still end at 1.) If you cancel or reschedule more than once, no future appointments will be accepted without pre-payment. If you are a no-show to your appointment, I will not accept any future appointments and you will be charged a $150 missed appointment fee.
